Retreat at the Oregon Coast

I hope that everyone is enjoying the changing weather  as much as possible. I am hosting a yoga retreat for all levels at the beach from the  evening of Thursday October 23rd thru Sunday morning October 26th.

This will be a great time for anyone wanting to deepen their yoga practice, spend time in quite meditation, eat healthy meals, or just have a rejuvenating beach weekend. 

The weekend will include:

5 yoga classes

6 prepared meals

Sleeping quarters

Sauna, steam room, hot tub, plenty of free time for community conversations or private meditation

Neskape Beach House
