It’s been awhile since I posted the shoulder practice! It is amazing to me how time just keeps flying by….

Here is a ten minute practice that helps to build strength toward a full plank. Whether you’re a beginner with no yoga experience, or a long time practitioner, this practice will help to build strength in the shoulders, upper back, and core.
