What to Expect.
Come be part of this retreat meant to nourish your body, mind, and spirit. You will be given extra personal attention in the yoga classes, allowing you to really dive deep into your practice and experience great growth. The priorities will be on healthy yoga and learning nourishing habits. Learn how you can find better understanding of your body, exploring ideas of how to incorporate yoga, and healthful practices into your daily life.
The dates: January 27-30, 2022.
Arrival: Late Thursday the 27th. Dinner and settling in. There is both a hot tub and Sauna that might be nice to use this evening.
Friday: Morning yoga, breakfast, free time, light lunch, yoga workshop, dinner.
Saturday: Morning yoga, breakfast, free time, light lunch, yoga workshop, dinner.
Sunday: Morning yoga, breakfast and check out.
