The morning yoga and meditation concludes with light and nourishing bites paired to Raptor Ridge wines. The tasting small bites will be filling yet light and summery.

Annie Shull, one of Raptor Ridge's own, will lead us in a summer meditation. Annie has been a practicing meditation for 11 years, and is currently studying under Mindfulness Northwest’s Tim Burnett. She has a wonderful kind spirit that shines through in her soothing voice, providing a contemplative backdrop in this magical space.
Yoga for the morning will be a combination of an energized light flow and yin style supported holds. Inspired by the changing of the seasons, and the support we all need during transition, Irene will be moving around the room making personal adjustments, providing a welcoming class for everyone. The purpose of this yoga will be to welcome the balance and energy in the warmth and length of our summer days to come.
Bites will be casual and family style. Enjoy conversation and community over summer treats and wine.
